We will accept returns for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. You must request Returns Authorisation Number before posting any item back to us, items returned without this number will be refused. This helps us to process it quickly when received. You can contact us on by email through MyEbay or sales AT alansbmx.com for this number. This number must then be written clearly on the outside of the packaging (NOT inside stuck onto or written on the box of the goods themselves). In circumstances where you just wish refund you will be liable for postage back to us and postage if any to yourself in the first instance. If agreed by us that you were sent an item in error or have to return an item due to our fault we will refund you in full and also your return postage using service which requires signature but not next-day, please note with Paypal any amount larger than what you originally paid we will have to make as separate payment for that amount.
