Haro F3 Function Bmx Bicycle. Front axle is loose so it just needs to be adjusted. With that being said the wheel does not spin straight. Forks are little loose too, probably needs the stem tightened down or the compression bolt tightened. The rear tire is balding and cracking but is still ride-able. There is one dent on the rear chainstay as shown in the picture where have pointed it out. Minor tears as shown on the seat. The previous owner had taped the top tube as you can see. Comes as shown.  Missouri residents will pay sales tax. While know this sucks, there is nothing can do about it unfortunately. If stupid paypal fails to add sales tax to your total, will have to ask you for it. Thank you.
