Originally designed for carbon rims in both wet and dry conditions. I found that other blocks including Skyway squeal worse than pig to slaughter and do not stop well, so took quite bit of trial and error over year period until found ones that work as they should.Brakes work great!The ride is smooth and plush with no creaks cricks squeals spoke pings chain slaps cable slaps or noises at all, even whilst jumping ect. just lands silently. Its not in absolutely perfect condition but its not bad, and has been kept all this time(same as downtube decal).Appropriate bolts springs cable barrels,lever barrels ect. greased/ Ti. prepped in all the right places and threadlocked to prevent coming loose and so have never had to retighten thing!Has some really rare hard to find parts.sold as seen. Selling reluctantly.Price may seem on the high side, but not when you think about it and tot it all up, its actually going cheap and all the sourcing and rarities, postage and customs charges has/have been done for you minus maybe some Original Shimano DX's and NOS Tuff Neck chainring which just dont have the money for at present.
